1. What are your delivery options?  

For Dutchess, Orange, and Putnam counties, there's a $5 delivery fee. Deliveries to Westchester County are $10. We offer free delivery to the Amazon SWF2 warehouse.

 

2. Do you offer pickup options?

Yes! We provide free pickup 24/7 at Tops Market in Lagrangeville, New York. Just let us know when you're ready to pick up your order at checkout. 

 

3. How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website at any time.

 

4. What is your cancellation policy?  

If you need to cancel your order, please let us know asap. Order cannot be cancelled after it is out for delivery. 

 

5. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?  

For a custom order, absolutely! We offer a variety of options, including dairy-free and vegan cakes. Just mention your dietary needs when placing your order.

 

6. How far in advance should I place my order?  

We recommend placing your order at least 3 hours in advance to ensure availability for delivery/pickup. Please order at least 7 days in advance for custom/bulk cake orders.
